Pakistan will host New Zealand and South Africa for an ODI tri-series in February

KARACHI: A New Zealand Cricket (NZC) delegation on Thursday, visited Karachi’s National Stadium to review the arrangements for the upcoming ODI tri-series, scheduled to be played in February next year.

The NZC delegation, including New Zealand Players’ Association representative Brad Rodden and security consultant Reg Dickason, was welcomed by Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) Director of International Cricket Usman Wahla, and General Manager Arshad Khan.

According to the details, the delegation also reviewed the renovation process of the stadium’s building for the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025.

Earlier, the delegation also visited Rawalpindi Stadium and Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium as part of their assessment.

For the unversed, Pakistan will host New Zealand and South Africa for an ODI tri-series just days before the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025, slated to run from February 19 to March 9.

The series is scheduled to be played in Multan from February 8 to 14, providing the three teams an ample opportunity to fine-tune their preparations for the eight-team tournament.

08 February, 2025 – Pakistan vs New Zealand

10 February, 2025 – New Zealand vs South Africa

12 February, 2025 – Pakistan vs South Africa

14 February, 2025 – Final
