UFC star Michael Chandler appeared on Monday night at WWE RAW and called out his long-standing rival Conor McGregor after their UFC 300 encounter was delayed.

UFC 298 was held on Saturday (February 17) where WWE star CM Punk, who returned to the wrestling world after a 10-year-long absence, appeared in the stands. Similarly, on Monday night RAW, Chandler was seen sitting in the front row.

WWE’s ring announcer Samantha Irvin introduced the American who then went on to call out McGregor.

“Hey, what’s up, Anaheim? You are now in the presence of the most entertaining UFC fighter on the planet.

“There’s a man from Ireland that’s been making me wait for way too long, and I still got one dude on my mind: Conor Mcgregor.

“Get your candy a** back in the Octagon. We’ve got some unfinished business, boys. God bless, see you at the top.”

Remember, Chandler and McGregor spent the better part of last year having off-field bouts with one another. The two were supposed to have a grand fight at UFC 296 but that couldn’t happen as the Notorious failed to meet UFC’s policy of six months of mandatory drug testing after which UFC boss Dana White announced Leon Edwards vs Colby Covington will headline the final UFC show of the year.

The two were expected to fight at UFC 300 but White earlier announced the main event for the fight which ended all the rumours surrounding the Notorious’ comeback.

Alex Pereira will defend his light-heavyweight title against former champion Jamahal Hill in the main event of UFC 300, as announced by White.

It is worth mentioning that the Irishman hasn’t competed inside the octagon since July 2021 when he broke his leg during a fight against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 and had to remain on the sidelines for a long time.
