WWE star Gunther confirmed the birth of his first child with the 36-year-old calling the birth of his son “a blessing”.

The Australia, whose real name is Walter Hahn, has been undefeated for over 500 days which is the longest Intercontinental Championship title reign in WWE history.

However, that is not the only milestone he has achieved recently as the 36-year-old welcomed a baby boy in his family as he uploaded a picture on his Instagram account with his wife, he captioned: “This morning, our son entered the world. What a blessing.”

Gunther and his wife Jinny, who is a former NXT wrestler and retired in January 2023, got married this summer in a close ceremony in London to start a new chapter of their life.

Jinny revealed the reason behind her retirement earlier confirming that it was due to her long struggle with the injuries.

“Thank you for all the memories. I'll remember that chapter for the rest of my life," she said. 'Every journey has an end, but in life, every ending is just a new beginning. I'm excited about what's next.”

It must be noted Gunther moved to WWE from NXT in April 2022 and he has, since then, not been defeated by anyone and already surpassed The Honkey Tonk Man’s 454-day record as the Intercontinental champion.

Gunther recorded his last win in WWE on December 18 as he toppled The Miz to retain his title in RAW. Meanwhile, in WWE SummerSlam earlier, he recorded a memorable win against Drew Mclntyre.
