English striker Harry Kane has well and truly arrived in Germany and had a sparkling start to his life with Bayern Munich as the 30-year-old is excelling on and off the field.
It didn't take much for Kane to become a fan favourite thanks to his elite footballing skills as the former Tottenham Hotspurs striker has netted 21 goals in just 16 games and continues to do something new and big every week.
Kane is now set to break another record by becoming the player with the most shirts sold in a single Bundesliga season. Bayern are expecting to sell around 100,000 shirts with the footballers' name and number on the back as Christmas approaches, reported the German Publication Kicker.
No player in the history of the club has ever achieved those numbers and Kane is likely to do that before the season even reaches its half-mark, which just explains the stardom he has gathered in a matter of few months in Germany.
Bayern also sold around 10,000 shirts on the day Kane arrived in the city, which remains a total record for the club.
It is worth mentioning that Kane has taken Bundesliga by storm. He became the only player to have scored 17 goals in the first 11 matches in the German top-flight league while also becoming the first ever to score a hat-trick in his first Klassiker (Bayern Munich vs Borussia Dortmund) appearance.
Kane, with 17 goals to his name, has already scored one more goal than the league's Golden Boot winner the previous season and has three hat-tricks.
With 22 matches still to play in the league and the pace Kane is scoring goals with, it wouldn't come as a surprise if he becomes the player with the most goals in a single Bundesliga season, the current record is held by Bayern's former striker Robert Lewandowski with 41 goals.
