The year 2024 has made a fantastic start for the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) fans as Dwayne Johnson, who goes by the ring name of The Rock, made his return to WWE and sent a message to Roman Reigns.
The former WWE champion, Jinder Mahal, was bashing the entire United States, calling them how they have never been more divided and urged them it will be him who will reunite the country and fight.
While Mahal was going on with his speech, the Pechanga Arena in San Diego erupted with The Rock’s entrance music, as his trademark music “Finally” started to play on the speakers.

This was The Rock’s first appearance in the WWE world since September 2023. However, as soon as he entered the ring, he took out Mahal with his trademark “People’s Elbow” and began to speak.
"I'm gonna go get something to eat," he said. "When The Rock goes out to get something to eat tonight, in San Diego, should The Rock sit in a booth, or should The Rock sit at the bar?
"Or, should The Rock sit at the head of the table?," he said as the crowd erupted.
The mention of “the head of the table” was directed towards Reigns who has been holding the Universal title for over 1000 days now.
There were numerous speculations of the two having a showdown at WrestleMania 39 which took place in April 2023 but that couldn’t happen as the plans weren’t finalised.
However, they are expected to face one another in the near future, most probably at WrestleMania 40 which will be held on April 6 in Philadelphia, and as it seems, The Rock may finally be the one to end The Big Dog’s realm in the WWE universe.
