Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans have confirmed their vice-captains for the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season nine.

Both the franchises have decided to go with foreign stars instead of the locals. Former England all-rounder David Willey will be Mohammad Rizwan's deputy in Multan.

Meanwhile, England's opening batter James Vince will be Shan Masood's deputy in Kings.

It must be noted that Karachi and Multan are currently playing the third game of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) at Multan Cricket Stadium.

Karachi skipper Shan won the toss and opted to bowl first. It is his first game for a new franchise and that too against his former side, Multan.

Multan Sultans: Mohammad Rizwan (c) (wk), Dawid Malan, Reeza Hendricks, Yasir Khan, Iftikhar Ahmed, Khushdil Shah, David Willey, Usama Mir, Abbas Afridi, Mohammad Ali, Shahnawaz Dahani.

Karachi Kings: James Vince, Shan Masood (c), Saad Baig (wk), Mohammad Nawaz, Shoaib Malik, Kieron Pollard, Daniel Sams, Hasan Ali, Tabraiz Shamsi, Mir Hamza, Mohammad Amir Khan.

In the first two games of PSL, Islamabad United beat Lahore Qalandars while Quetta Gladiators down Peshawar Zalmi in today's first game of Sunday's double-header.
