Rashid Khan (21) also fought hard till the last ball for the Titans but it wasn't enough for them.
Earlier, Rishabh Pant smashed an unbeaten 88 as Delhi Capitals posted a mammoth 224/4.
Pant was at his very best and smashed the GT bowlers all around the park with his incredible range of power-hitting.
Delhi Capitals lost three wickets inside the powerplay but Axar Patel (66) and Pant rebuilt the innings. Pant and Tristan Stubbs (26*) gave the perfect final push to the DC innings in the slog overs to help them post a daunting total.
IPL 2024 Standings
Rajasthan Royals, Kolkata Knight Riders, Sunrisers Hyderabad, and Lucknow Super Giants currently occupy the top four positions. The top four teams will qualify for the IPL 2024 playoffs. The top two teams will compete in the first Qualifier, with the winner advancing directly to the final.
The Eliminator match will be contested between the teams finishing third and fourth in the IPL 2024 standings. The winner of the Eliminator will face the losing team from Qualifier 1. The victor of Qualifier 2 will progress to the final, scheduled for May 26.
Sunrisers Hyderabad will host Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad on Thursday.
