Pakistan pacer Naseem Shah delivered a peach of a delivery to bowl out Devon Conway during the second ODI against New Zealand at the National Bank Cricket Arena in Karachi on Wednesday.

Conway was sensational with the bat as he smashed a brilliant 101 runs off 92 balls, partnering up with skipper Kane Williamson, with the help of 13 fours.

However, Naseem, who claimed a five-for in the opening clash on Monday, finally got the better of the opening batter in the last ball of his sixth over.

The pacer bowled a 140.9 kph delivery, which Conway couldn't judge as it went past the edge of the bat and toppled the off stump.

Earlier, the Kiwis won the toss and opted to bat first against Pakistan.

Naseem gave Pakistan and early breakthrough, but Williamson and Conway helped the visitors reach 183 runs before the right-arm pacer sent the centurion Conway back to the pavilion.

Meanwhile, Test batter Kamran Akmal said that Conway's wicket ended a "dangerous" partnership at the right time.

After winning the opening ODI by six wickets, Pakistan has a 1-0 lead over the Black Caps in the three-match series. The win also helped Pakistan take the second spot in the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup Super League.
